Proofing

Please note that your chosen design may be effected by details such as a long business name, address etc. Marketing Support endeavour to supply designs as requested but may need to change designs from time to time to accommodate these issues.

It is important that you check the your proof thoroughly. By approving any artwork you accept responsibility for costs involved in re-prints when art work has been incorrectly approved by you. By requesting changes after proof number 2 you accept that a $10.00 charge* per proof supplied thereafter.

It is the responsibility of each workshop to ensure that any invoice information, including licence numbers, conditions of trade, warranty statements and the like are accurate and meet with relevant legislative compliance. By signing or electronically approving your proof form, you acknowledge that Repco Authorised Service and PR Marketing Pty Ltd Trading as RAS Marketing Support offer no guarantees, nor accept any responsibility, for the accuracy or completeness of such information. If in doubt on any requirements, Members should seek independent legal advice.

1. If you are re-ordering your existing cards.

No need to enter optional fields all over again, We will proof your design files we already have on record. using the Card Type and rear Required fields you have entered along with any card holders set out at Point 2.

If you wish to change your existing design, fill in all the fields below and we will make changes and proof the New design you have created.

2. Card Holders
2.1 For business name only cards leave card Holder as "None" or split any quantity across 1 to 5 individual card holders*.
(eg: 1 card holder 250 cards, 2 card Holders 125 cards each, 3 card Holders (approx) 80 cards each and so on).

2.2 For indivudual card holders please advise any relevant details using the card holder details field:

John Smith - Manager, M: 1234 13 456, E: [email protected] (seperating each card holder with a semicolon ";" )

Note: Partners with same contact details are classified as 1 card holder. eg: Ken & Barbie Mattel - Proprietors

3. Optional Fields

3.1 You can add affiliate logos and customise the footer to front of card by entering data into the text fields.

3.2 Choose a header for the rear of your card.
(Examples of these can be viewed in the product image slide viewer)

3.3 For new or changes to bullet points, please advise "Generic points"or list any custom bullet points you would like using the Bullet points field.

3.4 Select Map or Nationwide Warranty image for the rear of your card.
(Examples of these can also be viewed in the product image slide viewer)

4. Add your cards to cart. Note * Standard card price structures change when ordering multiple card splits.
